First of all, if you've never been to PDAC before, you need to have a love of escalators and walking. The actual Investor Exchange & Trade Exchange are several levels underground. I was expecting to see Lake Ontario or Bedrock (I mean Flintstones Bedrock, lol). No wonder they can squeeze the Convention Centre into the downtown core and I do mean, core.....

A big thank you to BOLD for putting on a great party yesterday at the Royal York Hotel. I met so many people that I knew from past ROF Golf Classics, from ROF meetings, from Agoracom, from a number of mining companies and many new acquaintances as well. Finally got to meet and speak with Frank Smeeck & Bruce Hodgman of KWG. It was also a pleasure to meet Gary Zak, one of Bold's Directors and great to talk with Chris Meraw, formerly of Debut Diamonds.

Also talked with Richard Nemis, David & Judy Graham, Bruce Hodgman of KWG, Jim Voisin of UC & FMG and also saw some other famous faces - Neil Novak formerly of Spider, Mac Watson formerly of Freewest, Ian Brodie Brown, and more than I cannot remember at the moment. It was a who's who of the junior mining sector.

Thanks to Elaine & Malcome Finlay and Maureen (Irish) for putting together a great evening. It was well received by all who attended and the room was busy all night.
