Did anyone else read about the 48 gold bars found hid in a toilet in an Indian airliner, it was discovered as they were cleaning the plane.

In India they had to raise the tariff on gold to try and curb demand ! this is the trend in these formally third world countries, with such demand for physical gold the price cannot fail but to increase in spite of any artificial manipulations, I think the same for silver.

I agree with the inner peace concept, if we have good relationships with loved ones, good health, a roof over our heads and some good food and drink then life is good !
