On August 14, 2014, the board of directors of the Registrant invited Mr. John Prosser who accepted to join the Board of Directors, subject to formal election at the forthcoming shareholders meeting. Mr. Prosser, whose appointment was suggested by other directors, is a large investor and shareholder in Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) as well as an officer and significant shareholder of a number of privately held medical service industry companies. He has over 30 year's experiences in business management and financial integrations.
