Without a doubt. All of NY is going to be rushing in to buy GHDC. IMO

So, if NY (?) is rushing to buy, who is rushing to sell?

Come to think of it, who has been selling in this fall from $0.29 to $0.01, and why so, if there is revenue being generated?
