I think it is more than that. The pace of the stock price drop has been a lot faster than the shares being issued ...even for a PQ company!

Kind of a wild guess, but I wouldn't be surprised if Prosser has some enemies out their that don't want to see this succeed now that he is on board. The price has gone straight down since he became a BOD member.
