How much should GHDC be worth based on your research? Looks to me like the insiders and the market think its at a great valuation to sell and too expensive to buy. Why do you think they are hiding the details on these leasing deals from investors, which is against SEC rules? In a previous PR they said they would release the details in an 8k but never did. Do all the shady people and dealings not bother you? Are you aware that penny stocks always make the positives readily available while hiding the negatives as much as possible? Continuing to ignore this fact will yield you the same results you got from SFMI.
