With millions of dollars being paid out to Insiders and their cronies each year, this has to be factored into the market cap. The upcoming dilution will be larger than the current outstanding amount of shares, based on current Bid prices. Its stupid to suck the life out of a company like this before it gets its feet planted. This is how it was so obvious that this is just another Quilliam pocket lining scheme, not a sincere venture.
