That's the problem.....they never run out of new stock to sell because they continue to pay themselves in stock. At todays price, every 1 Million dollars they pay themselves for "consulting" fees, translates into an additional 200 million shares of stock outstanding added to the float. Last quarter they reported 1.9 million dollars paid out in shares to various people for consulting fees. This is great if your on the receiving end, but if your a common shareholder, your getting diluted into oblivion. Any revenues they take in seem to disappear into the great void.
