You can't squeeze more money out of a fixed lease and there is very little room for expansion imo. This will never even see the .20's again, the dilutors would hammer it back down long before it got there. Heck, look how much they are willing to sell under .005 as it is? ... You made the same claims about SFMI all the way down and was consistently wrong. You learned nothing and are doomed to repeat it. I learned by studying the tickers they ran before SFMI/GHDC.
