SFMI I understand ...too many shares, no leadership, etc., etc. That company has been toast for a couple of years.

GHDC on the other hand has some new management, CQ steps down as Director, Marty Wolfe comes on board. Prosser comes on board. The stock is pumped in May and then tanks ever since.

If it truly is because PQ was/is selling, then there could be opportunity here if that situation can get rectified. But it doesn't look promising based on the price action.
