Where is the filing and will he be COMPLETLY removed or will he place himself in the background as a "consultant"?...I'm not so easily fooled. He knows his name is tarnishing the stock , yet, as far as i can tell, this is his family's only income source... He won't walk away with the rights to WEM still in the company imo, does he plan to strip that out and leave the low margin leasing deal behind? Regardless of who is in charge, a bad business plan is still a bad business plan. The company is not magically better and any new people will want 50%+ of the shares, so you can expect a ton of dilution... Id be out before the news hits, but that's me knowing the history very well.
