Carmine alone could push this down heavily if he tried to sell his 4 million shares now... Like I told him, you have to sell into the buy pressure with penny stocks to get out with size. When the volume slows down they sink under the pressure of constant dilution, unless they are cash flow positive... Penny stocks do not trade like big board stocks. Lock in profits before the dilutors and traders take it all.
