He was official as soon as PQ and his family wanted him to be, which was in August. PQ and family can do whatever they want, they control the vote and did not have a shareholder meeting... This news tells me they are cementing their buddies deeper in the company. I see it as a negative, the guy is as old as PQ and involved with SFMI. I bet they have been close for many years. No outsider would stick around PQ after what he did to the SFMI shareholders, unless he benefited somehow(Consultant? Financier?)... Nice EOD 100 share paint job, where's the excitement over this news?!
