While the PRs are nice, I do believe new investors are looking for updated financials, formal business plan and updated website as well (with no mention of the Q's!).

I also believe that the overhang of SFMI is holding back GHDC. IF that company can be saved somehow then that will be another boon to share price of GHDC.

But hey if the price can slowly but surely continue to rise until the above happens then that could bode very well for the share price down the road.
