It's obvious that something is going on, even if it is taking forever. It's hard to believe that anyone would have gone to the trouble of getting rid of the Qs for no reason, likewise with retaining a new auditor. Both of those steps require time and money, and indicate that there are indeed plans for GHDC. Let's hope those plans are kind to present stockholders.

That said, the delays are getting ridiculous. I know the Qs didn't want to turn over the books (and I can imagine what shape they were in), but after a certain point legal steps should have been taken to get them. They are now almost a year behind in their filings. Let's hope they have some announcements prepared to release once the filings are up to date- supposedly by the end of December.
