So far, pretty much everything that has actually been accomplished (as opposed to talked about) has been getting rid of negatives- getting the filings updated, getting rid of PQ, dealing with a lawsuit, etc. What's needed now are announcements of positives- acquisitions, funding, etc. Let's hope that happens soon. The buying after the lawsuit was dismissed was nice, but that alone won't sustain the present price for long.
