Hard to tell who is buying. Most here would have loaded up at or near the bottom- there's been plenty of time to do so. Maybe some were waiting for some news to increase their investment? Presumably the verdict, which lifts the hold on any changes or announcements, should open the floodgates for all the great changes and news we were hoping for.
