Bravo Multinational Incorporated. currently being restructured to include its gaming operations along with mining interests
But that is precisely the issue. There are way too many shares outstanding right now for the price to go up in a meaningful way. And as you said without a higher price it will be difficult to announce more acquisitions.
1) As I stated on the other board they need to announce the cancellation of the 100 million shares they previously identified.
2) They also need to STOP giving themselves anymore shares. YES THEY SHOULD WORK FOR FREE until the share price recovers. What's the point of getting more shares for compensation if they are unable to sell those shares because the share price is too low?
3) A stock buyback of any kind whether by the company or the insiders or both is also needed.
From what I understand No.1 is already done and No.2 & 3 should be easy to do. They need to STOP BEING WEAK and STEP UP.
The stock would easily be over 10 cents in the short term with these actions.
And the potential would just compound from there since at .10 cent level they would be able to announce more acquisitions with minimal dilution.
More acquisitions = more income = even higher share price.
