dang that was a couple months back, oh well brighter days are ahead. was thinking there would be a capitulation selling day to finish up but the selling can be structured to 300-400k a day or some number.

I was able to pick up a few hundred k on the bid last couple weeks but it is time to start taking out offers and get this thing going
