Part of the "plan" should be to bring in BODs that have experience on how to run a public trading company. Brooks & Wolfe need to step down. And by the looks on some of the bonehead moves that Parliament has made, he should step down as CEO and stay on just as a BOD.

Major bonehead move was to get rid of Prosser. Looks like it's haunting Parliament. Boo
