Prosser tried to be a part time chairman and ceo. He set up his board in such a way that they could just vote him out, amateurish at best. Then mired the company in a lawsuit and delayed everything. Only bought 8000 shares, invested what? 200 bucks. Lol. He took 6 months and did nothing. His intentions sounded good and he may have had some personal issues but as shareholders we deserve the show to go on. I bought heavily on his 2 dollar stock talk and then he got stooped.
