Just trying to make a relevant analogy. The whole debacle with the 10Q has been sloppy and it is clear that Paul as no control when it will get done. Also, clear that their "game plan" heading into the SHM has not worked to say the least.

There is a lot positive going on fundamentally with the company so the value should prove out, but they need to minimize their blatant missteps.
