I can tell you this much.......Parliament & Kaiser should NEVER had teamed up to oust and vote their friends (Prosser & Breitcruez) out after they successfully teamed up to oust the Q family. As we sit @ .013 and attorney fees that cost BRVO $120k (rumor) in that lawsuit, it's clear Parliament pulled off another bonehead move.
