The news from the SHM and PR was generally good, especially compared to the price action leading up to the SHM. But now we get a promo by what I gather to be a typical P&D promoter, along w/ what may have been pre-promo loading up, and now we get the predictable D portion of the P&D. Being involved in a P&D doesn't exactly add to the credibility of this stock. If Redchip was involved in this, management should get rid of them. And if management knew and approved of this, well, there's not much to be said.
