The "Letter of Intent" for the purchase of the "Operational Rights" to TWO (2) land based Gaming and Betting Licenses ('Gaming') is a good move, but only if the deal is finalized.
The final closing documentation for this transaction should be submitted very quickly.
Does that mean in a couple weeks, months? Is this why so many shares are always being dumped so they can fund this purchase?
Reality, none of us really know. We all think different when trying to figure out and understand what they're doing. One thing that is obvious to me is the share price always gets hammered when a very small surge happens. I don't understand why but it doesn't seem it's benefitting the shareholders.
