The two gaming licenses cost 10,000,000 shares valued at $300,000 (or 3 cents per share). The shares are restricted for 6 months. Looks to me like the seller of the licenses was comfortable with the 3 cents per share and tells me they are expecting a lot higher stock price in the future.
The first two locations will generate $132,000 average per year in revenue. The agreement also calls for an additional two locations by summer of 2017 under the same licenses. That would bring annual revenue to $264,000 per year.
As you can see there is a quick payback on the initial investment.
