Whoever and wherever they are, it's soooooo obvious that shares are being swapped @ around .02. They don't want it to run YET. Just look at the trading that is taking place. If they want they can close this @ .04 today, BUT no, the swapping isn't done. IMO

Let's hope the swapping finishes soon and we run like Forrest Gump.
