We're being played and lied to. Some insider or insiders are bailing and either Parliament is being played or he's in on it. There has been around 50 million shares dumped since the official proxy vote was finalized at the SHM.

If Parliament isn't in on it, then he should take that vending check they should be receiving this week for October and announce a stock buyback ASAP. If not, he's a lying SOB that's in on the selling.
