You and your friendship should be way more important than money or stock value. You're messing with people's lives. He was always there for you and your family and you turned your back on him to side with people that have done nothing for you nor your family.

We have our life savings in a guy that did nothing but ran a family business with his parents in Canada and wasn't even a decision maker. You know it and everyone else knows it, he was placed as interim CEO to throw out the Quilliams. He has no business in being a CEO in a public trading company. IMO
