I'll leave it up to the commission to determine illegaility.  

All I know is all of the many missteps by the current management going way back to the shady takeover all the way to the current situation of not addressing the CFO issue promptly has caused the share price to be where it is today.

I for one have been personally damaged by their actions and incompetence.  

I don't think we should rule anything out.
