some entity has a not for profit mo it seems and it's been that way for quite awhile. What I repeatedly see is on big spreads the bid is hit.  Most retail folks try to max, profits and usually/should/would put a sell order in the middle of the spread. However this entity always hits the bid, the question remains WHY??????
