get current in reports - we look like a penny stock scam when it says delinquent if prospective investors do some dd

get someone to answer the phone and get a number that works - looks like a scam when you call and the number is disconnected.

get the sp back over .01, if they dont we get delisted and will have to pay to get back on again, like $10k if I read it right.

get out a pr that gives credibility to the business plan to restore shareholder confidence.
