Somewhere around here is probably the bottom and a good buy if you are a gambler.  There isn't much solid info to consider it an investment... but as a trade, it could be a good range (I added recently at 005, 006, and higher). 

It would be great to see something investable.  I'm still in the 'new mgmt' camp.
