Not hard to figure out why this deal was cancelled.  When you do a deal that is valued at $300,000 (10 million shares at .03) and you were also promised much higher levels in the future.  

With those shares now valued at only $50,000 plus a delayed 10Q, I'm not surprised that contract was cancelled by the other party.
