Clearly bouts has the best vision in what is going on here. A large shareholder who is not afraid to tell the truth. Not that he needs me to defend him but that would be a huge loss to this board. 

Then we can listen to someone who has millions and millions of shares tell us how good management is doing as the stock has gone from .09 to .004. How as it was at .09 and it still is at .004 a great buying opportunity.
