I respect your opinion, but I personally have not seen any progress here in the past few months, only devastating destruction to the company's prospects and share price and unfortunately it's shareholders. 

Their inability to get the 10Q out has further depresseed the share price and now they have lost the El Salvador business licenses as a result. Their incompetence does have consequences. 

As Bouts said the first major step is obvious, put out the 10Q already!
