Very valid points, especially about the late reports.  Maybe I am trying to make the glass a little more than half full.  Like others on this board, I have done well on some of these penny stocks and have had several that did not do well.  I really do enjoy reading the various posts coming from different perspectives.  Have emailed management a few times in the past, but have not received anything to post that has not already been disected to death.  RB
