You want facts? 

The current management has been in control for about 18 months. The stock is trading at a half a cent. There is no Q to even figure out if the one little casino deal is even any good. No one could possibly be in the black unless they were given shares for free. There is not enough on the bid for anyone to sell in size and get any kind of a price because friends of the company already jumped in front of all of us.

why do you take how poorly this company has been run as bashing?  We as shareholders who suffered under PQ deserve better than this.
