As much as we all know what management is currently doing the SEC is not going to do anything. The SEC have bigger fish to go after.

As much as I don't wish this, the reverse 300 to 1 split will happen. All the longs will pretty much be wiped out and management will find new investors (suckers) to buy into new promises and massive shares dumped by management.

This has been nothing but a scam and in my opinion management feels that taking away most of all the long shares they will have a good chance of scamming a different group of investors. 

The 10Q is not going to come out until after the reverse split and this is when they will target a new group of investors to scam.

I know I have lost my money with this group. Just ask yourself this, How many Penny Stocks do a reverse split and succeed?
