I sure hope you're right. I don't see how a 300-1 R/S is anything short of catastrophic for current shareholders.

Taking the outstanding share count to under a million? That's just ridiculous. To hand out shares? To give shares to JK for failing casino machines in third world countries? I am so screwed if this R/S goes through.
