On a side note do they try to issue Paul Redmayne 20k shares now( the 6 million shares he was fighting for adjusted for the 300-1 R/S) ? 

Do they think this will get the SEC off their back? I don't know any answers. Just as you say holding on waiting to see what happens. 

Do do you think JK is trying to stay behind the scenes? Making it appear as if he is not involved? We all know Paul is not a bright man. JK going to set up Paul  to take the fall if this doesn't go through?

My seat in this theater has cost me a lot of money but I guess all there is to do is grab some popcorn and see what kind of show comes on.
