Is the company (BRVO) frauding shareholders?

Parliament was voted out and fired as CEO at a GHDC shareholders meeting the night before that Pierre,Rideneour, Breitcruez, Prosser, and Denise held, BEFORE Parliament thought he underhandedly booted out Prosser & Breitcruez the day AFTER at that BS meeting in 12/2015 at Kosta's condo building where my friend and myself were the only people that showed up in Hallandale Beach FL, besides the insiders Wolfe,Parliament,Kaiser,Brooks,Kosta & Frydman. Wolfe sat next to me and stated that he did receive notice of their Directors meeting the day before and declined to attend. I don't believe Wolfe's vote was needed to fire Parliament anyhow.

FYI, Pierre was ousted as CEO prior to, but was still a BOD. 

Parliament is representing himself fraudulently as a CEO of a public trading company. IMO

It's now up to the SEC's opinion.
