Many of us here believe that there were wrong doings done to give control of the company to PP and crew. We can all read the Redmayne complaint. For me it seems pretty cut and dry that this is BS. Most of us here are not happy with the direction current management has taken us. Most of us here are praying the SEC steps in and corrects this. To give us a shot with competent management. 

Being that so much time has passed since the filing of the Redmayne complaint. I doubt there would be any statement made by the SEC that they were going to take no action. So at what point as individual investors. What kind of time frame? Do we throw our hands up in the air and say the SEC is going to do nothing. And the current inept group is going to stay in charge?
