Nobody in their right mind would be in favor of this R/S except for the insiders that already converted their shares before getting wiped out. They protected their $$$

These insiders are the lowest of the low.

2 obvious reasons why these stooges are doing this ludicrous split:

They can't delete Pierre and crews shares so they are trying to wipe them out this way, and with a higher price structure, Julios can add his additional vending deals that they mentioned in a previous PR.

They plan on generating enough money on a monthly basis with 3 vending deals and get the price higher to pay the notes off.

This gaming business plan by Julios should have stayed private and should never have gone public.
