F everything but the SEC. The SEC really disappointed me not stepping in prior to the R/S. They are supposed to protect us from crooks like this in the public spaces. Now, would the SEC please step in and stop them before they start issuing shares for BS slot machines. Be more BS deals that do nothing as insiders sell shares from offshore accounts.
