I don't know who is lying. That's why I don't buy penny stocks anymore. Too much speculation  and many losers. 

Pennyland is great for gamblers and day traders looking to make a quick buck or lose a quick buck.

 As for a major investor seeking  a profitable and a company that  meets expectations, this isn't the place. JMHO

A few  months ago,  I bought WDC at $60 a share. Today's high was $84. Plus it pays dividends. 

I learned my lesson about pennyland. Too risky and the odds of a big payoff are literally nil. JMHO!!
