I forgot another one. You can debate whether or not JF knew about the RS. I have no idea. All I know is not too long after Paul Redmayne filed his complaint JF got the hell out of dodge. Another coincidence?

What was the PR the company put out? Selling by friends of certain insiders? Something along those lines? Can't remember how they worded it. They just wanted out.
