i have a few questions for you. 

The September quarter came to an end. The Q was due sometime in the middle of November.

The lawsuit that JP and AB had brought against PP and crew had been dropped in the late spring. Giving PP and crew what they thought was freedom. 

Now if you need to review go te read the first paragraph. Now, sometime around the end of September Paul Redmayne files his complaint. With I believe JP and AB cooperation.... 

Now. All of sudden there are certain individuals that want to abandon ship. Others it would appear don't want to sign the Q. All of a sudden they can't get a simple Q with no revenues put together. All of a sudden MW has heart issues. All of a sudden we  need an accountant,auditing firm,corporate attorney and a new CFO. 

I I think the smart ones got the hell out of there. I think the dumb ones said sure I'll be CFO. 

This is all just coincidence? I'm a conspiracy theorist? 

Come on SEC. If there is a reason to take action please do so as quickly as possible and minimize our damage.
