Questions:

How long does it take for the SEC to investigate a penny stock company from start to finish to determine if the company is legit? Months, years...or ever?

What red flags are given off when a penny stock is investigated?  Whistleblowers? Tax evasion? Fraud?

I have complained to the SEC on a couple companies in pennyland and nothing was done. What makes us think the SEC is investigating BRVOD? Certain individuals say Prosser is pressing the SEC to investigate BRVOD for an alleged illegal takeover. So far it is all hearsay as far as I concerned. Remember JP and AB were part of the SFMI scheme.

The SEC halting these penny stocks shows what a gamble they are.

I am curious if the SEC will shut down the MJ OTC market because the federal govt considers MJ as a class 1 drug. In many states, MJ isn't legal. That's why I am not on the rocketship bandwagon. JMHO
