Being it is quite obvious that management is totally inepy and will not support the price of their stock.Knowing that they did the reverse split for the higher share price to facillitate their "deals".........

Do you think one can assume that the SEC is knocking on their door asking questions?Therefore they are laying low and not doing anything?

So disappointed that the SEC has not stepped in to save common shareholders from this IMO corruption
